Dashboard → Your chatbot → Widget → Customisation. Change primary colour to any hex value.
Can I have more than one chatbot?
Pro plan: up to 5 chatbots. Business plan: unlimited. Free plan: 1 chatbot.
How do I retrain after updating my website?
Dashboard → Training → Your website source → Recrawl. Takes 1–3 minutes.
Where do I find my embed code?
Dashboard → Your chatbot → Settings → Widget → Embed. Copy the script tag.
How do I see unanswered questions?
Dashboard → Analytics → Unanswered questions. These are queries the AI couldn't resolve from your content.
Can I export my leads?
Dashboard → Contacts → Export CSV. Includes name, email, source URL, and timestamp.
How does the free plan work?
1 chatbot, 500 credits/month, GPT-4o Mini, widget embed. No card required. Upgrade when you need more.
What file types can I upload for training?
PDF, .docx, .txt, and plain text paste. Website URLs are crawled automatically.
